- Choose the Registration Option before completing the form, i.e. Professional Journalists, Academic/Researchers, Community Media Practitioners or Tertiary Student (South African Institutions only). Registration Fees are R3000.00, R2500.00, R2000.00 and R500 respectively. Please be aware that REGISTRATION CLOSES on Monday, August 15th and deadline for PAYMENTS is Monday, August 22nd, 2016.
The registration fee covers full access to the conference and conference pack which includes access to: programme sessions, training workshops, exhibitions, book launches, evening social programme, lunches and teas for the duration of the conference. It excludes your flights, accommodation, visa fees, and airport transfers, all of which are for delegates’ own payment.
- Submit the completed form and review subsequent pages to complete registration
- Email or Fax Proof of Payment to the Director’s office, Mr Chris Kabwato, e-mail Address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to submit a proof of payment will result in your application remaining incomplete.
- Receive your two confirmation E-mails. One to acknowledge your registration and the other (and final) to acknowledge your payment once it is picked up on our system. Print out or Download on mobile device the final confirmation containing a QR Code and bring to the on-site registration in Grahamstown.
